Welcome, traveler.Red River Rave & Wellness Retreat is a little different from the giant festival world.We're smaller, more personal, and intentionally built around music, wellness, nature, art and community.This FAQ is here to answer the practical questions so you can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time getting ready for the journey.THE BASICS

When is Red River Rave?
Red River Rave & Wellness Retreat takes place September 17–19, 2026.Gates open Thursday afternoon and the gathering carries through the weekend with music, wellness programming, workshops, art, camping and plenty of surprises along the way.

Where is Red River Rave?
RRR takes place at Red River Campground in Adams, Tennessee.
It's a beautiful wooded campground along the Red River, and the natural setting is a huge part of the experience.
Detailed festival arrival instructions will be released before the event.
Please follow official RRR arrival directions rather than relying entirely on GPS, as festival traffic may be directed through a specific entrance.

What exactly is Red River Rave?
Part rave.
Part wellness retreat.Part camping festival.
Part giant family gathering.
At night, Ember Stage comes alive with festival-scale sound, lighting and electronic music.
During the day — or anytime you need to reset — the Flow Stage & Wellness Grounds, Sanctuary, Vortex Forest and river offer a completely different energy with downtempo music, yoga, meditation, sound baths, workshops, healing experiences and room to simply exist.
You don't have to choose between going hard and taking care of yourself.
Around here, both belong.

Do I have to participate in the wellness side?
Absolutely not.
There is no required path through RRR.
Dance until sunrise.
Spend half the day doing yoga.
Sit beside the river.
Wander through the forest.
Take a workshop.Make some art.
Sleep until dinner.
Build the weekend you need.

What kind of music should I expect?
Electronic music is at the heart of RRR, but the energy changes throughout the property and throughout the day.
‍Ember Stage is where you'll find the larger, higher-energy festival experience.
‍Flow Stage leans more toward downtempo, ambient, chill and music designed to complement the surrounding wellness environment.
And sometimes the best sound you'll hear all weekend is the river.

TICKETS, ENTRY & WRISTBANDS
Does everyone need a ticket?
Yes.
Everyone attending Red River Rave must have the appropriate ticket or credential.
Your festival wristband becomes your primary credential once you arrive, so keep it on and take care of it throughout the weekend.
Will my wristband be mailed to me?
No.
‍Wristbands and other festival credentials will not be mailed in advance.
‍You will receive your wristband and any applicable credentials when you arrive at Red River Rave.

What do I need when I arrive?
Have proof of ticket purchase available when you arrive at the gate.
We strongly recommend having your confirmation available on your phone before reaching the property in case cellular service is slow or limited.
Once your purchase is verified, you'll receive your appropriate festival credentials.

What happens if I arrive without a ticket?
If tickets are still available, you may be escorted or directed to the ticketing area to purchase admission.
‍General Admission purchased at the gate will be $100 per person with no upgrades included.
‍Gate sales are based entirely on availability.
If RRR is sold out, you will be turned away.
Driving to the campground does not guarantee admission.
If you're planning to come, buying your ticket ahead of time is the safest move.

Can I buy upgrades when I arrive?
Do not count on it.
The $100 gate ticket is General Admission with no upgrades included.
‍Premium camping, RV spaces, special experiences and other upgrades may have limited capacity and may sell out before the festival.
If there's something you specifically want, purchase it in advance.

What happens if RRR sells out?
Once we're sold out, we're sold out.
Our capacity exists for a reason.
If you arrive without a ticket after the event has reached capacity, you will be turned away at the gate.
‍Please don't make the drive hoping we can "just squeeze one more person in."

I lost or damaged my wristband.
What do I do?
Don't panic.
Visit Credentials / Guest Services and we'll verify your purchase and determine what can be done.
Replacement fees may apply for lost, removed or intentionally damaged wristbands.

RAIN & SEVERE WEATHER
Is Red River Rave rain or shine?
Yes.
‍Red River Rave & Wellness Retreat is a rain-or-shine event.
‍A little Tennessee rain doesn't automatically stop the gathering.
Music and programming may continue in the rain when conditions are safe to do so, so come prepared for the weather.
Bring rain gear.
Bring appropriate shoes.
Secure your campsite.
Keep an eye on the forecast.
And maybe don't leave every dry pair of socks you own sitting outside your tent.
What happens if it rains?
Rain by itself does not mean RRR is cancelled.
Depending on conditions, we may temporarily delay, pause, relocate or modify performances and activities.
Certain stages, activities or areas of the property may also close temporarily even while the rest of the festival continues.
Our production and safety teams will make those decisions based on the conditions we're actually experiencing at the property.
‍Safety comes before the schedule.
‍If we pause something, there's a reason.
What happens during severe weather?
Severe weather is different from normal rain.
Lightning, dangerous winds, flooding, tornado warnings or other conditions may require us to temporarily stop programming, clear certain areas, seek shelter or, in an extreme situation, leave the property.
If RRR staff, security, campground personnel or emergency officials give weather instructions: Please follow them immediately.
‍Important information may be communicated through the stages, festival staff, social media, electronic communication and other available methods.
Don't assume that because the music stopped the festival is over.
A weather hold may simply mean we're waiting for conditions to become safe enough to continue.
Could the festival restart after a weather delay?
Absolutely.
Whenever it can be done safely, our goal will be to continue the gathering.
‍Weather delays may affect set times, schedules, activities and performances.
Artists may be moved, shortened, rescheduled or, unfortunately, sometimes cancelled altogether.
A changing schedule due to weather does not automatically qualify for a refund.
What if we're told to leave the property?
There is a major difference between a temporary weather hold and an event that forces us to end a significant portion of the festival.
If conditions become serious enough that RRR determines attendees must depart the property and the festival cannot reasonably continue, we will evaluate the circumstances and may consider an appropriate partial refund based on the portion of the event that could not be delivered.
That decision will depend on the circumstances surrounding the event.
We don't want to make promises today about a situation we haven't experienced yet.What we can promise is that if something extraordinary happens, we'll look at it fairly.
Are tickets refundable because of rain?
No.
‍All Red River Rave ticket sales are final.
‍Rain, mud, schedule changes, delayed performances, shortened sets, artist cancellations or temporary weather holds do not automatically qualify for refunds.
RRR is an outdoor camping festival, and weather is part of attending an outdoor event.
Refund consideration would only come into play under extraordinary circumstances where conditions force the festival to end early and attendees are required to depart.
Any refund offered under those circumstances would be determined by RRR based on what portion of the festival was affected.What should I bring for rain?
September in Tennessee can be beautiful.
It can also be Tennessee.
We recommend bringing:
Rain jacket or poncho
Waterproof or weather-resistant shoes
Extra socks
Towels
Tarps
Waterproof containers or bags for important belongings
Proper stakes and tie-downs for your campsite
Dry clothes stored somewhere protected
A little patience and a good attitude
Please secure your canopy and campsite before bad weather arrives.
‍Loose tents, tarps and EZ-Ups become dangerous very quickly when the wind picks up.
Will RRR cancel because rain is in the forecast?
A forecast showing rain does not mean the festival is cancelled.
Weather forecasts change constantly, especially several days out.Unless Red River Rave officially announces otherwise:
‍The gathering is happening.
‍Please rely on official RRR communication rather than rumors, screenshots, group-chat meteorologists or your friend's weather app that somehow predicts the apocalypse every Thursday.
We'll communicate when there's something you actually need to know.
The simple version
‍RRR is rain or shine.
‍Normal rain doesn't stop the festival.
Severe weather may temporarily stop or change programming.
Follow staff instructions when weather becomes dangerous.Ticket sales are final.
And if a truly extraordinary event forces everyone to leave and prevents a significant portion of RRR from happening, we'll evaluate what was lost and consider partial refunds fairly.

Look after your camp.Look after each other.We'll take care of the show.

Can I remove my wristband and put it back on?
Please don't.
Your wristband is your festival credential for the weekend.
Do not intentionally remove, cut, transfer or tamper with it.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Official ticket transfer information, when applicable, will be communicated through RRR.
Never purchase a ticket from someone you don't know based solely on a screenshot or confirmation email.
If you're unsure whether something is legitimate, contact us before sending money.

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Please review those terms before purchasing.

Will there be single-day tickets?
If single-day tickets become available, we'll announce them through official Red River Rave channels.
Do not assume single-day admission will be available at the gate.

GETTING HERE
When can I arrive?
Festival gates open Thursday at 5:00 PM.
Our Welcome Party begins Thursday evening.
Please don't arrive before the official opening time unless you are authorized production crew, staff, vendor, artist or have specifically been instructed to arrive early.

What address should I use?
Red River Rave takes place at Red River Campground in Adams, Tennessee.
Specific festival entrance and traffic instructions will be released before the event.
Once those instructions are available, follow the RRR directions rather than blindly following whatever route your GPS selects.

Can someone drop me off?
A safe drop-off and pickup procedure will be communicated before the festival.
Please do not stop, unload or wait along the highway or anywhere that blocks festival traffic.

Can I leave and come back?
Yes.
‍Re-entry is permitted with proper RRR credentials.
‍Keep your wristband and any required vehicle credential with you whenever you leave.
Guests, vehicles and belongings may be subject to search when returning to the property.
Re-entry procedures exist to protect everyone inside the gathering.

CAMPING
Is RRR really a camping festival?
Very much so.
Camping isn't just somewhere to sleep.
It's part of the gathering.
You're spending the weekend surrounded by music, trees, art, river life and your fellow travelers.
Some of the best festival memories happen nowhere near a stage.

Can I camp next to my vehicle?
Yes, with the appropriate car camping ticket.
Standard car camping spaces are approximately:20 feet × 20 feet
‍Your vehicle is included within that footprint.
Your car, tent, canopy, chairs and campsite equipment all need to fit within your space while keeping roads, neighboring campsites and emergency lanes clear.

How large are RV campsites?
RV camping spaces are approximately:20 feet × 50 feet
‍Your RV, awnings and camping equipment must remain within your assigned footprint.
Can I bring a companion vehicle with my RV?
Only if that vehicle has the appropriate ticket.
An RV campsite does not automatically include admission for an additional companion vehicle.
‍If another vehicle is entering the camping area, it must have its own proper vehicle/camping ticket.
My friends are arriving separately.
Can we camp together?
We'll do our best, but the easiest way to camp together is to arrive together.
‍Once camping begins filling, we may not be able to reserve empty campsites for people arriving hours later.
Meet somewhere before entering the property and roll through the gate together.

Can I walk in and tent camp without a vehicle?
Walk-in camping procedures and designated areas, if applicable, will be communicated before the festival.

Can I bring an RV or camper?
Yes, with the appropriate RV camping ticket.
RV campsites are approximately 20' × 50'.
Please make sure your RV, awning and equipment will fit comfortably within that footprint before arriving.
Are RV hookups available?
No
RV premative camp sites only.

BIKES, ONEWHEELS & PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION
Can I bring a bicycle?
‍Yes.
‍Bicycles are welcome at Red River Rave.
‍RRR covers a good amount of campground, and we understand that a bike can make getting between camping and different areas of the property much easier.
Just remember that you're sharing the grounds with a lot of people on foot.
‍Pedestrians always have the right of way.
‍Ride slowly around crowds, camping areas, vendors and other high-traffic locations. Please don't ride through packed dancefloors or anywhere festival staff asks you to walk your bike.
At night, we strongly recommend having proper lights or reflectors so other guests can see you.
When you park your bike, keep it out of roadways, emergency lanes, entrances and pedestrian paths.
RRR is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged bicycles, so bringing a lock is a very good idea.
Can I bring a OneWheel or similar personal electric device?
Yes.
‍OneWheels and similar small personal electric transportation devices are permitted.
‍The same basic rule applies:
‍People on foot come first.
‍Keep your speed reasonable, slow down significantly around crowds and never operate one recklessly through camping areas, vendor areas or busy pedestrian traffic.
If an area becomes too crowded to ride safely, hop off and walk it.
Please use extra caution after dark and make sure you and your device are visible.
You are responsible for safely operating, charging and storing your device throughout the weekend.
Can I bring an ATV, four-wheeler or side-by-side?
No.
‍Personal ATVs, four-wheelers, side-by-sides and similar off-road motorized vehicles are not permitted at RRR.
‍This is primarily a safety decision.
The festival grounds will have pedestrians, campers, pets, bicycles, OneWheels, production vehicles and emergency traffic moving throughout the property. Adding guest-operated ATVs and similar vehicles into that environment creates unnecessary risk.
You may see golf carts, ATVs or utility vehicles being operated by RRR staff, production, security, medical personnel, campground staff or other specifically authorized teams.
‍Those vehicles are working.
Please keep their routes clear and give them room to pass.
A good rule for getting around RRRWalk.
Ride a bike.
Cruise responsibly on a OneWheel.
Explore.
Just remember that the campground isn't a racetrack.
‍Slow down, look out for each other and give pedestrians the right of way.
‍We're happy to let you move around the property without making everyone leave their wheels at home.
We just need everybody to use them like they actually want to come back next year.

What should I pack for RRR?

September in Tennessee can bring sunshine, heat, rain and chilly mornings — sometimes during the same weekend.
Come prepared.

Should I bring hearing protection?
We strongly recommend it.
RRR is a professionally produced electronic music festival with real concert-level sound systems.
Quality ear protection lets you enjoy the music while helping protect the hearing you're going to need for every festival that comes after this one.

Should I bring a reusable water bottle?
Absolutely.
Water refill access will be available on site.
Bring a refillable bottle or hydration container and actually use it.

Can I bring food?
Yes.
Personal food for your campsite is welcome.
Food vendors will also be on site, so you don't have to cook every meal yourself.
Will vegetarian food be available?
Our goal is to have a variety of food options, including vegetarian-friendly choices.If you have a serious allergy or specific medical dietary requirement, we recommend bringing appropriate backup food rather than relying exclusively on festival vendors.


ALCOHOL
Can I bring alcohol?
Yes, if you are 21 or older.
Each person age 21+ may bring up to:
‍2 cases of beer
2 boxes of wine
1 container of hard liquor up to 1.75 liters
‍These limits are per person, not per campsite.
No kegs.
No glass.
Attendees must follow all applicable Tennessee alcohol laws.
Anyone under 21 may not possess or consume alcohol.
Please drink responsibly, stay hydrated and look after the people around you.

A festival wristband does not change consent, good judgment or the law.


FIRES, GRILLS & GENERATORS
Can I have a campfire?
No.
‍Open campfires are not permitted at Red River Rave.
‍We're camping close together among tents, vehicles, trees and natural vegetation.One person's cozy campfire can become everyone's emergency very quickly.
Leave the bonfire for another weekend.
Can I bring a grill or camp stove?
Yes.
‍Small camping grills and camping stoves are encouraged.
‍Anything beyond a normal small campsite cooking appliance must be approved by RRR in advance.
Grills and stoves must be:
Attended whenever operating
Kept safely away from tents and combustible materialsUsed according to manufacturer instructions
Completely shut down when finished
If you're unsure whether your cooking setup qualifies, contact us before bringing it.

Can I bring a generator?
Yes.
We strongly encourage generators rated at approximately 60 dB or quieter.
‍Generators louder than 60 dB must be approved by RRR.
We're not trying to eliminate generators.
We're trying to prevent someone's construction generator from becoming the unofficial third stage all weekend.
Please be respectful of neighboring campsites.
Generators must always be operated outdoors and positioned so exhaust cannot enter tents, RVs, vehicles or neighboring campsites.
Never operate a generator inside an enclosed or partially enclosed sleeping area.

OTHER ITEMS
Are bags allowed?
Yes.
RRR is not interested in making everyone carry their weekend around in a tiny clear plastic cube.
However, bags and personal belongings may be subject to inspection at entry or in controlled festival areas.
Please cooperate with security.

Can I bring a chair?
Yes.
Camping chairs are welcome in campsites and appropriate relaxation areas.
Please keep chairs out of crowded dancefloors, major pedestrian paths and locations where they create a trip hazard.

Can I bring a canopy or EZ-Up?
Yes.
Appropriate shade structures are encouraged in camping areas.Secure them properly.
A flying canopy is funny until it lands on someone's tent.

Can I bring my own speakers or DJ setup?
Small campsite music is part of festival life.
A competing renegade stage beside someone's tent at 5:00 AM is something else.
Keep personal systems reasonable and respect your neighbors, scheduled programming and requests from RRR staff.
Large unauthorized sound systems may be shut down.

Can I bring instruments?
Absolutely.
Acoustic instruments and normal campsite music are welcome as long as you're respectful of the people around you and aren't interfering with scheduled programming.

Can I bring flow toys?
Yes.
Flow culture is part of RRR.
Poi, hoops and similar props are welcome in appropriate spaces.
Any prop involving fire may only be used by specifically approved performers in designated areas.

Can I bring a laser?
No personal laser pointers or focused handheld lasers.
We promise.We've got lasers covered.

Can I bring a drone?
No unauthorized drones.
Professional production, crowds, safety and privacy all make uncontrolled aircraft a bad combination.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
What isn't allowed?
The following are prohibited:
Weapons
Fireworks
Explosives
Unauthorized drones
Personal laser pointers
Illegal substances
Unauthorized vending
Open campfires
Kegs
Glass containers
Dangerous or improperly stored fuels
Items intended to harm another person
Anything festival security determines presents an immediate safety hazard
Additional campground or safety restrictions may be communicated before or during the event.

PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS
Can I bring my pet?
Yes.
‍Pets are allowed at Red River Rave, but bringing one means accepting responsibility for them throughout the weekend.
You must:
Follow applicable leash laws
Keep your animal under control
Clean up after them every time
Provide adequate food and water
Provide shade and somewhere comfortable to rest
Never leave an animal somewhere dangerously hot or poorly ventilated
Respect other guests and their animals
Please seriously consider your pet's personality before bringing them.
RRR includes:
‍Humans. Other animals. Loud music. Subwoofers. Lighting. Crowds. Vehicles. And a lot of stimulation.
‍If your animal doesn't like humans, other animals or loud noises, this is probably going to be a miserable environment for them.
‍We love animals.
Sometimes loving them means letting them stay home.

What about service animals?
Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Guests should remember that RRR takes place in a natural campground environment with uneven terrain, crowds, loud music and significant sensory stimulation.If you have a specific accessibility need involving your service animal, contact us before the festival and we'll do our best to make arrival easier.

THE RED RIVER
Can I get in the river?
Yes, but river access is at your own risk.
‍River access and river activities fall under Red River Canoe's rules, requirements and responsibilities.
‍You must follow all Red River Canoe rules, posted signage and river safety precautions.The Red River is a natural body of water.It is not a controlled swimming pool.Water depth varies.Currents exist.Rocks can be slippery.Weather can change conditions.If an area is closed or you're instructed to leave the water, do so immediately.The river is one of the most beautiful parts of the RRR experience.
Respect it accordingly.

BATHROOMS, SHOWERS, WATER & ICE
Are there bathrooms?
Yes.
Restroom facilities will be available throughout the festival and camping areas.
Please help us keep them usable for the next person.

Are there showers?
Shower availability, locations and any applicable fees will be communicated with the final campground information.

Is drinking water available?
Yes.
Water refill access will be available on site.Bring a reusable bottle or hydration container.
Hydration isn't something we want anyone rationing.

Can I buy ice?
Ice availability and sales locations will be communicated with the final campground information.
We recommend arriving with enough ice to get your campsite started.

HEALTH, SAFETY & SECURITY
Will there be medical staff?
Yes.
RRR will have designated first-aid and medical support available on site.If you or somebody around you needs help, find a staff member, security team member or medical personnel.Don't worry about "ruining the vibe" by asking for help.Taking care of each other is the vibe.

Will there be security?
Yes.
Security will be present throughout the event to manage entrances, protect the gathering and respond when somebody needs assistance.We're creating a place where people can let their guard down.Responsible safety planning is part of what allows that to happen.

Are vehicles or belongings searched?
They may be.
Guests, vehicles, bags and belongings are subject to reasonable security screening when entering or re-entering the event.
Please cooperate with staff.

What if I see somebody who looks like they're in trouble?
Check on them.
If something doesn't feel right, get festival staff, medical personnel or security.
You will never bother us by asking us to check on someone.
We would rather respond to ten situations that turn out to be fine than miss the one person who really needed us.

What happens during severe weather?
RRR takes place outdoors, and Tennessee weather can change quickly.
Festival staff will monitor conditions and communicate important weather and safety instructions through our official channels and on-site teams.If we're asking guests to move, shelter, pause programming or leave an area, please listen.The music can wait.

What should I do about heat and dehydration?
Drink water before you're thirsty.
Eat.
Rest.
Use shade.
Take breaks.
Watch your friends.

One of the reasons RRR has an entire wellness side is because we don't believe destroying yourself is a requirement for having an incredible festival.

What about generator carbon monoxide?
Never operate a generator, vehicle engine or fuel-burning appliance inside:
A tent
An RV
An enclosed canopy
A vehicle
Any sleeping space

Carbon monoxide is invisible and odorless.Generator exhaust must always be directed away from tents, vehicles, RVs and neighboring campsites.

ACCESSIBILITY
Is RRR accessible?
Our goal is to make RRR welcoming to as many people as possible.
However, this is a natural outdoor campground with grass, dirt, uneven terrain and wooded areas.
If you have a mobility, medical or accessibility concern, please contact us before arriving.
Being a smaller festival gives us something valuable:
The ability to actually talk to you and figure out how we can help.
Is accessible parking available?
Accessible parking accommodations will be available for guests who need them.
Specific arrival instructions will be communicated before the festival.

Are accessible restrooms available?
Yes.
Accessible restroom accommodations are part of our site planning.

Can I bring prescription medication?
Yes.
Bring required medication in appropriate containers, preferably with identifying or prescription information when applicable.
If medication requires refrigeration or another special accommodation, contact us before the festival.

Who do I contact about accessibility?
Use the Sen A Signal contact option through Red River Rave.
Please reach out before the event whenever possible.
The earlier we know what you need, the better chance we have to create a good solution rather than trying to improvise something at the gate

WELLNESS
Do I need experience with yoga or meditation?
Not even a little.
Beginners are welcome.
You don't need the right clothes.
You don't need the right vocabulary.
You definitely don't need to be able to touch your toes.
Show up exactly as you are.

Do wellness activities cost extra?
Many wellness experiences are intended to be part of the RRR weekend.
Certain specialty or limited-capacity experiences may require registration or an additional fee.
Anything requiring advance signup or additional payment will be clearly identified when the wellness schedule is released.
Should I bring a yoga mat?If you plan to participate in yoga or floor-based wellness activities, bringing your own mat is recommended.
A towel or blanket can also be incredibly useful throughout the weekend.

Where do wellness activities happen?
Much of our structured wellness programming happens around the Flow Stage & Wellness Grounds and the covered Sanctuary.
You'll also find opportunities to slow down throughout the property, including the Vortex Forest and areas along the river.

What's the Vortex Forest?
It's one of the places where RRR intentionally does less.No packed schedule.
No expectation that you're supposed to accomplish something.
The Vortex Forest is a softly lit ambient space beneath the trees where you can wander, sit, breathe, decompress or reconnect with friends.
If Ember is where you lose yourself in the energy, the Vortex is one of the places you can find yourself again.

What's the river ritual?
During the weekend, the Red River becomes a place for reflection and release.
Guests will have the opportunity to participate in a simple ritual centered around letting go of something they no longer want to carry.
Participation is completely optional.
Like everything on the wellness side:

Leave what doesn't.

We know you're going to immediately screenshot it, circle your must-see sets and then completely abandon the plan once you get here.That's festival tradition.

How do I get updates during the festival?
Follow official Red River Rave communication channels and pay attention to information posted on site.

Will there be food at RRR?
Yes.
Food vendors will be available during the festival.
We still recommend bringing snacks and some basic campsite food.
Dancing until sunrise tends to create very strong opinions about breakfast.

Will there be merchandise?
Absolutely.
RRR merchandise and independent creators will be part of the festival experience.
Expect shirts, festival gear, art and other things created specifically around this gathering.

PAYMENTS & MERCHANDISE
Is Red River Rave cashless?
Yes.
‍Red River Rave is a cashless event.
‍Cash will not be accepted for purchases at the festival, so please plan ahead before arriving.
Most vendors and festival sales locations will accept common electronic payment methods, including:

Other commonly used mobile payment options
Individual vendors may vary slightly in which payment services they accept, but cash should not be your only way to pay.
‍We strongly recommend arriving with at least one physical credit or debit card as a backup in case cellular service affects a mobile payment app.
What specific merchandise for sale?
Our artists and creative team have been working hard to build a collection of custom Red River Rave merchandise specifically for this gathering.
Expect a variety of items, including:

We're intentionally trying to offer a mix of affordable keepsakes and more premium pieces so everyone doesn't have to spend a fortune to take a little piece of RRR home with them.
Some designs and quantities will be limited, so if you see something you love, don't assume it'll still be there Sunday.
Can I pay cash for merchandise?
No.
‍RRR merchandise sales are cashless as well.
‍Credit cards, debit cards and supported digital payment methods will be accepted.
Will independent vendors accept the same payment methods?
Most vendors will accept cards and common digital payment services.
Because our vendors are independent businesses and creators, their exact payment options may differ.
If there's something you absolutely want to purchase, having a physical debit or credit card available as a backup is the safest option.
Why is RRR cashless?
Going cashless helps us reduce the amount of money being handled around the property, speeds up transactions and makes things easier for our vendors and staff.Less time counting change.
More time enjoying the gathering.
Just make sure your phone is charged — and maybe don't make your entire festival economy depend on having 3% battery left.

Will there be art?
Yes.
RRR is being built as something you explore rather than simply a field with a stage dropped into it.Expect art, creative spaces, lighting, interactive environments and plenty of reasons to wander.

Can I sell things from my campsite?
No unauthorized vending.
We love creators, but anyone commercially vending at RRR needs to be approved so we can manage space, safety, power and fairness to the people who officially joined the gathering.

LOST & FOUND
I lost something.
What should I do?
Check with Guest Services / Credentials during the festival.
Found items should also be turned in there whenever possible.
One of the smartest things you can do before leaving home is label important belongings with your name and a contact number.

What does consent mean at RRR?
Consent matters everywhere.
Before touching someone, entering someone's campsite, photographing somebody in a private moment or involving another person in your experience — respect their boundaries.
An outfit is not consent.
Dancing is not consent.
Being friendly is not consent.
Being intoxicated definitely isn't consent.
Look after one another.

What does “Movement, Not Money” mean?
RRR wasn't created to squeeze every possible dollar out of a festival crowd.
The bills still have to get paid.
Artists, stages, sound, lighting, safety, bathrooms, infrastructure, medical services and everything else required to build a festival cost very real money.
But the purpose has to be bigger than the transaction.
We want the energy generated by this event to go back into the artists, the people creating it, the community and the experience itself.
We're building something we hope you'll feel ownership in.
Not because you bought a ticket.
Because you were here.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME
Before heading to RRR:

Download the festival map when released
Save the schedule to your phone
Bring a reusable water bottle
Pack for both rain and sunshine
